All orders are crafted exclusively for you, one at a time. To ensure this level of personal care and quality, we require 100% advance payment. Each piece is made to order, designed with attention to every detail, just for you.

Exchange Policy

Products purchased from M.A.R Pret may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, as long as they are in their original condition. Exchanges are accepted if the item received has an incorrect size, colour or if there is a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please email our customer care team at marpretofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once the item is received, our team will inspect it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer.

Alterations

Need adjustments after ordering? If your outfit requires resizing or length changes, you can return it to us for tailoring support.
Alteration fee: PKR 2,000/-
